Founded in 2017 by Aidan Altman and Andrew McClure in New York, the company has developed the world's first vegan, milk and cholesterol-free FabaButter. Their product mainly consists of aquafaba, a liquid by-product of cooked chickpeas, and coconut oil. Fora is increasingly used by Michelin star restaurants and is available in American Eataly markets.

Fora Butter

Fora is the first plant-based product that really tastes like butter. Raising a cow costs lots of land and water while additionally polluting the air. Producing Fora causes four times less CO² compared to the production of an equivalent milk butter. Beyond just targeting vegans, Fora wants to address flexitarians passionate for the environment without sacrificing quality and taste.
